During the October meeting, we elected our new Yanush Chapter Officers and Committee Leads. Before the meeting went underway Jim Slaughter talked about the National Order of the Arrow Conference coming up in July and Brian Murray(left) talked about how arrowmen can get involved with Ordeal ceremonies. |

After the announcements, we got right into the Officer elections. A few officers chose to run again this year, some of whom run for a different office. Michael Yancey and Brett Walter were selected as our new Recording and Corresponding Secretaries. Our recently appointed Ordeal Warrior and Ceremonies Lead, Frank Cusimano was elected to serve another term as the Ordeal Warrior and Brotherhood Warrior Andrew Sears was re-elected to his office. Our 2005 Coresponding Secretary, Trevor Hodges(above right), was elected to become our 2006 Chapter Chief. Additionally, Dakota Smith was appointed as our OA Troop Reps Lead and Kevin Hancoak will Co-Lead with Peter Rosendahl for the Camporee. The chapter is still looking for individuals to fill the Arrow of Light, Unit Elections, and Ceremonies and Dance Teams Leads. Congrats to all these arrowmen who will serve our chapter over the coming year. |
